Circle of Christ-illustrations

Here are some illustrations to go with my recent blog

Our Journey

We live Fresno, California, having recently returned from Thailand where we were involved with the Mennonite Brethren churches. We lived in Thailand for about 12 years, and most of the blog posts are about our work there. For the first three years we lived in Central Thailand. For our second three years we lived in a small town in Chiang Rai province in northern Thailand where we were primarily helping with discipleship and leadership development among the Khmu people. In 2017 we moved to Nong Khai province in the northeast region of Thailand called Isaan. We spent a few years in Nong Khai where we helped lead a small church that was begun just before our arrival.

After spending an unplanned year in the US because of COVID-19, we returned to northeast Thailand, but moved to the province of Kalasin shortly after our arrival. There we helped to start house churches in the Kamalasai District.

In our past lives Edd worked as a Soil Scientist with the US Department of Agriculture. Ingrid has worked in nursing in various capacities. We also spent several years in Haiti.
